Dear Mr. President,

It is with great pleasure and pride that I accept the mandate of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to your wonderful country. I am confident that the friendly bilateral relations between our two countries will continue to develop dynamically. I aim to make maximum efforts in order to create favorable conditions for this.

Ukraine and the Republic of North Macedonia have excellent prospects for expanding their cooperation in all areas. I believe that in the near future we will work together on deepening trade, economic, cultural, educational and tourist ties between our countries.

I am convinced that this will help our nations become even closer and value mutual support even more, especially after Ukraine's victory over the terrorist state. Democracy, humanism, European values are exactly what unites our countries and our citizens. Therefore, we have to go into our common European future based on the principles of mutual respect and strong friendship.

Today, humanity faces many challenges, in particular, in the field of security. I believe that only together, side by side, we will be able to build a new and more effective security architecture in Europe.

Dear Mr. President! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire Macedonian people for the support and assistance provided by North Macedonia since the beginning of russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

Help from the authorities, concerned citizens and entrepreneurs is very active. North Macedonia has already transferred more than 230 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and in addition provided much-needed material and technical assistance to Ukraine in the military - technical field.

Additionally, I would like to thank you for your support of our international initiative "The Crimea Platform".

North Macedonia is on the right side of history: confidently moving towards a membership in the European Union, approving important decisions in NATO, joining vitally important security resolutions in the UN. I firmly believe that your country, which will chair the OSCE next year, together with Ukraine, will always defend our common civilizational values.

Вельмишановний пане Президенте,

З великою радістю приймаю мандат Надзвичайного і Повноважного посла України у Вашій прекрасній країні. Вірю, що наші дружні двосторонні відносини будуть лише покращуватися та зростати. Маю за мету докласти максимум зусиль для створення сприятливих умов для цього.

Україна та Північна Македонія ще мають багато невідкритих сфер співробітництва, впевнена, що найближчим часом, після нашої перемоги над державою-терористом, ми знайдемо шляхи до поглиблення культурних, торгівельних, освітніх та туристичних зв’язків між нашими країнами. Розвиток цих сфер допоможе нашим народам стати ще ближчими.

Адже наші народи ментально і історично дуже схожі, оскільки демократія, гуманізм, європейські цінності – це саме ті риси, які поєднують нас. Тому ми маємо будувати спільне європейське майбутнє, будуючи їх на принципах поваги та дружби.

Сьогодення ставить перед нами дуже багато викликів, зокрема, у безпековій площині. Тільки разом ми зможемо вибудувати нову та більш ефективнішу архітектуру безпеки у Європі.

Північна Македонія займає правильну сторону історії: впевнено рухаючись до набуття членства в Європейському Союзі, головуючи в ОБСЄ, приймаючи важливі рішення в НАТО, приєднуючись до надважливих безпекових резолюцій в ООН. Впевнена, що Україна разом з Північною Македонією завжди відстоюватиме наші спільні європейські цінності.

Дякую Вам та усьому македонському народу за підтримку і допомогу, яка була надана Північною Македонією від початку повномасштабної війни росії проти України.
